Empower is a 1-on-1 customized experience that takes into account the complexity of your life circumstances and professional journey. You will have close and consistent accountability with Michael through the process of changing your thought habits and becoming a more influential leader.
- An hour long introductory kick-off call digging into your Habit Finder assessment
- An intimate, individualized experience with the Habit Finder Curriculum
- 12 recorded one-hour zoom sessions with Michael every other week spread out over 6-7 months
- Access to Michael in between scheduled sessions for spot coaching
